THUNDERSTORM ADVISORY: “Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Quezon, Tarlac, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija and Bataan within the next 2 hours,” according to PAGASA as of 1:45 p.m.

“The above conditions are being experienced in Zambales and Pampanga (Angeles, Mexico, Arayat, Santa Ana, San Luis, Bacolor, San Fernando, Candaba, San Simon, Apalit, Santo Tomas, Minalin), which may persist within 2 hours and may affect nearby areas,” it added, advising the public to take precautionary measures against possible flash floods and landslides.
